Butch is a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor passionate about exploring and learning about the underwater world. He is fascinated about observing marine life and their behavior in their natural habitat.
As a fisherman, that is something that always triggered his curiosity. He also loves capturing his underwater encounters with photography and videography.
Our Story
Hi there!
Our names are Daniela and Edward Sutter, but our friends call us Dani and Butch.
We are both PADI Scuba Diving Instructors affiliated with Atlantis Aquatics, a local dive center located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. only a few minutes from Lake Hydra, our local training facility.
We've been together for over 20 years and diving has been our passion since 2019, when we first became certified PADI Open Water Divers. It was an exciting experience since we both shared an immense curiosity for what lives beneath the sea, and ever since then we have expanded our knowledge and training and took the plunge and became Scuba Diving instructors so we can share our passion for the underwater world with our clients and students.

Dani was born and raised in Brazil, living only a few blocks from the beach, the ocean was her hideaway from a very young age, but she was always curious about what was underwater.
Butch, born and raised in New Jersey, a fisherman for as long as he can remember, he shared the same curiosity for the ocean, always very intrigued to learn about the underwater world and the marine life behavior.

One day, on a relaxing vacation in Cozumel while snorkeling Butch saw the most beautiful colorful lobster just peacefully hanging out at the bottom of the ocean. As a fisherman, he was thrilled to be able to watch this beautiful creature's behavior in its natural environment, but was disheartened that he couldn't stay underwater long enough and had to surface to catch his breath every so often.
So once back home, he decided to take his curiosity to the next level and enrolled on a PADI Open Water Diver Course, and Dani dived right in on this new adventure.
Fast forward a few years, Butch and Dani now share their passion in every dive, whether for fun, training or travel, they both became more inspired in learning, exploring and protecting the underwater world while taking the opportunity to share their passion and knowledge with others.
And that is how the name Fishhead was born.
