What is Discover
Scuba Diving?
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) is a supervised, entry-level program for people aged 10+ to try scuba diving without full certification, offering basic equipment, skills training (like mask clearing, breathing underwater) in shallow water or a pool, and an actual shallow dive with an instructor, making it a fun, safe introduction to underwater exploration before committing to a certification course.
Time Commitment:
eLearning: 20 - 30 minutes
Course: 2 hours
Cost: $100
What to expect?
With your instructor you'll learn the scuba diving basics and experience your first breath underwater.
How exciting!
With the guidance of a professional instructor, you’ll learn basic safety rules and how to use the equipment, then make a supervised dive in a pool or confined water.
