CPR & AED
Emergency First Response primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.
During in-person training with an EFR instructor, you will learn how to perform CPR, use an AED and provide first aid that eases pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses, and practice bandaging and splinting.
EFR courses are commonly taken by scuba divers (especially for Rescue Diver and pro-level certifications), but anyone can take them—no dive experience required.
Completion of this program meets the First Aid/CPR course requirement for PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster certification.
