PADI ReActivate

PADI ReActivate is a  program designed for certified scuba divers who haven’t been diving in a while and want to safely get back in the water. It’s perfect if you feel rusty, out of practice, or just want to rebuild confidence.​

Best for divers who?

  • Divers who haven’t been in the water in 6 months or longer

  • Certified divers traveling and diving with a PADI shop that requires official proof they’ve refreshed their skills 

  • Anyone who wants a confidence boost before open water diving

What you get?

  • Online dive theory review (eLearning)

  • Knowledge checks & quizzes

  • In-water skills practice with an instructor

  • Proof of digital ReActivate card/date recognized worldwide

  • Updates your status in the PADI system as “current

What to expect?

Knowledge Review

(1 - 2 hours)

  • PADi ReActivate eLearning online

  • Quick review (with your instructor)

  • Equipment set up and checks

  • Review emergency procedures

  • Dive planning & safety

  • Hand signals

In-Water Review

(4 - 5 hours / 2 dives)

In a pool or confined water:​​ 

  • Mask clearing

  • Regulator recovery

  • Buoyancy control

  • Adjust weighting

In open water:​​ 

  • Dive safely with the guidance of  your instructor

  • Practice buoyancy and build confidence

  • Explore Lake Hydra

Scuba Refresher

Scuba Refresher is NOT a PADI program. It is designed for certified scuba divers who haven’t been diving in a while and want to safely get back in the water. It’s perfect if you feel rusty, out of practice, or just want to rebuild confidence.​

  • Divers who haven’t been in the water in 6 months or longer
